What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our booking, contact or order forms, you give us details such as your name, email, phone number, preferred session times and a description of your project. We only collect this when you choose to send it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and times). We may also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, which uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. This is looked at in aggregate, not to identify you.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule and run your session, deliver your project, and keep records of our work together. We use aggregate site statistics to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the site, and only as needed:
- JotForm receives and stores the information you submit through our forms and emails it to us.
- Google Analytics (if enabled) processes site-usage data.
- Our web host stores server logs.
- Payment processors (such as PayPal or card processors) handle payments you choose to make with them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.
Cookies
Our own pages don't need cookies to work. Google Analytics, if enabled, sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and project information as long as we need it to serve you and keep business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@studio105recording.com.
Children
Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information online. Parents book lessons and sessions for younger students.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as Google, Facebook or YouTube, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
